We are looking for: A candidate for the position of Junior Project Administrator to work in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico. **Profile:** * Engineer in industrial, electromechanical, electronics, or mechatronics fields (certified) * Bilingual in English/Spanish * More than 4 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role * Natural leadership skills * Extensive knowledge in new product introduction * Minimum of 3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, quality, and logistics * Generation of purchase requisitions * Control of quotations * Proficient in SAP system * Communication with clients and suppliers in the United States / China. **Responsibilities:** * Review and communicate risk analysis during project kickoff meetings. * Prepare and present the schedule for each project upon winning it, ensuring adherence to the lead time provided during the quotation stage. * Schedule periodic meetings as required by the project and oversee the project's progress from quotation to completion of launch production. * Act as leader and coordinator for the various departments involved in project development and implementation (engineering, quality, production, processes). * Prepare and publish minutes or follow-ups for each project. * Monitor and control project-related expenses (CAPEX), keeping expense statuses and balances visible to stakeholders. * Carry out process improvement and cost-saving projects. ***Apply to our vacancy to learn more about the process and get to know us better.***
