Assignments may include park operation, plant startup and shutdown, as well as procedures and maneuvers for safe equipment intervention, routine preventive and predictive maintenance, plant record keeping, logs and data sheets, assistance in investigating plant issues, inventory control and parts/spare parts ordering, and supervision of contractors and park maintenance service providers. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinates and manages all activities required under solar plant O&M agreements and equipment warranties. Supervises contractor activities and factory warranty work. Ensures safety training remains current for both contractors and suppliers. * Executes maintenance programs, managing notifications, alerts, and work orders within the SAP PM module. * Supports and coordinates with the ROC for park operation and communication with CENACE/CFE. * Reviews, develops, updates, and trains on operating and safety procedures as needed to assist all others in plant operations. * Supports the Site Leader and Administrative Technician in preparing technical scopes for maintenance service contracts. * Conducts periodic environmental and safety inspections.
