Promotes a positive attitude, responsibility, and proactivity Job Description Location: Hermosillo, Sonora — north of the city We are seeking a Civil Engineer, Architect, or related professional with experience in construction control. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing, supervising, and administering maintenance and construction projects, ensuring compliance with costs and budgets. Responsibilities Administrative organization and control of projects. Payroll preparation. Logbook tracking. Construction expense and budget control. Purchase authorization. Skills and Knowledge Proficiency in PC use and administrative tools. Positive attitude, responsibility, cooperation, and availability. Organizational and proactive skills for project management. Requirements Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Age: 23 years or older. Minimum 1 year of construction control experience. We Offer Salary: $3,000 weekly, tax-free. Statutory benefits. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (including 1-hour lunch break). Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Day off: Sunday.
