Job Summary: Technician or Engineer responsible for ensuring optimal ATM operation through preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and equipment installation. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure efficiency and quality in ATM operations 2. Perform diagnostics, maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment 3. Carry out preventive maintenance and address corrective reports **Education:** Technical degree in Systems or Computer Science; Engineering degree in Systems or Software; Technical degree in Electronics; or Engineering degree in Electronics. **Job Objective:** Ensure optimal ATM operation by executing preventive and corrective services. The incumbent will be responsible for performing diagnostics, maintaining, repairing, and installing equipment, ensuring ATMs operate efficiently while meeting established quality standards and response time requirements. **Experience:** 1 year **Knowledge:** * Knowledge of computer equipment. * Knowledge of multimeter usage. * Knowledge of hand tool usage. * Service-oriented attitude. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive maintenance at their service center * Adhere to the preventive service schedule according to the SLA contracted by the client * Address and resolve special reports per the SLA contracted by the client (corrective) * Install, train users on, and commission new equipment Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $15,000\.01 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
