Requirements: Technical degree in computer science, systems, or equivalent in a related field Experience as a Field Technical Engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (minimum 6 months of experience) Knowledge: Maintenance and repair of computer equipment. Laser printers. Telephony and networking (basic). Structured cabling (desirable). Configuration of Routers, Switches, and Network Switches. Responsibilities: Diagnose failures reported by the customer. Replace parts, track incidents, provide assistance, and close reports. 100% FIELD. Job Responsibilities: Timely resolution of incidents and/or requests regarding technical failures reported by users, within the timeframes agreed upon with the client.
