Assignments may include park operation, plant startup and shutdown, procedures and maneuvers for safe equipment intervention, routine preventive and predictive maintenance, plant record keeping, records and data sheets, assisting in plant issue investigations, inventory control and parts/spare parts ordering, supervision of contractors and maintenance service providers. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and manage all activities required under O\&M agreements for solar plants and equipment warranties. Supervise contractor activities and factory warranty work. Ensure safety training is up to date for both contractors and suppliers * Execute maintenance programs by managing notifications, alerts, and work orders in the SAP PM module. * Support and coordinate with ROC for park operation and communication with CENACE/CFE. * Review, develop, update, and train on operation and safety procedures as needed to assist others in plant operations. * Support the Site Leader and Administrative Technician in developing technical scopes for contracting maintenance services. * Conduct periodic environmental and safety inspections. Document and correct discrepancies * Perform documented periodic equipment inspections to assess maintenance needs and improve plant reliability and availability * Participate in the Health and Safety Management System as Champion for various Elements. * Ability to read and write in English, as well as perform basic mathematical calculations * Availability to respond to unforeseen situations outside regular hours * Aptitude in the following areas: figural reasoning, verbal reasoning, mathematics, mechanical comprehension, prudence, and communication skills.
