Position Summary: A supervisor responsible for the comprehensive management of construction projects, coordination of personnel, project calculations, budgeting, and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Manages construction projects, coordinates personnel and resources for project development. 2. Performs project calculations, budgeting, and drafting of plans (AutoCAD). 3. Develops HVAC systems, selects equipment, and operates specialized software. **SUPERVISOR “A”** Supervision and management of construction projects; coordination of personnel and resources to ensure proper execution of ongoing projects. Perform calculations for assigned projects. Prepare budgets. Carry out assigned project management responsibilities. · Perform necessary calculations according to projects or installations. · Construction site management (material requisition, timely and proper inspection of work, control of inputs, materials, equipment, instruments, tools, and client follow-up). · Management of assigned personnel. · Conduct meetings with clients and follow up on projects and installations. · Draft 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings. · Draft isometric drawings. · Prepare comprehensive project budgets in Excel format. · Prepare preventive and/or corrective maintenance budgets, as well as HVAC system renovation budgets, in Excel format. · Development and delivery of technical documentation packages. · Advanced understanding of control systems. · Perform thermal load calculations for applicable projects using HAP software. · Select appropriate equipment. · Calculate fan pressure drop. · Calculate pump pressure drop. · Perform and understand various psychrometric processes using Linric software. · Perform calculations and selection of project-specific materials (chilled water pipes, hot water pipes, steam pipes, refrigerant pipes, diffusers, grilles, valve boxes for chilled water coils, hot water coils, chilled water generators, hot water generators, chilled water pumps, hot water pumps, storage tanks, etc.). · Prepare formats, procedures, and documentation requested by the management system, including dissemination and training of assigned personnel. · Complete internal and external training assigned to oneself and assigned personnel. · Comply with the 5S Program, Training Program, and Safety and Hygiene Program.
