JUNIOR INNOVATION LEADER Requirements: **Academic Background:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Innovation, Digital Services, Service Design, or related fields. **Experience:** 1\-2 years in roles related to business analysis, innovation, project management, or solution design. **Knowledge:** Innovation methodologies Agile methodologies (Lean Startup, Design Thinking) Data analysis tools (Intermediate Excel, Business Intelligence) Design and execution of experiments (MVPs, prototypes, A/B testing) Project management (PM) methodologies **Skills:** Strategic business vision Critical thinking and results orientation Effective communication and team management Ability to adapt to dynamic and highly uncertain environments **We Offer:** Starting salary between $17,000 and $20,000 based on expertise.
