**Job Opening: Operational Recruiter** **Location:** Hermosillo, Sonora **Position Type:** Full-time **Work Mode:** Hybrid (with remote support for other cities) **Coverage Areas:** Tijuana, Hermosillo, Sinaloa, and Coahuila **Job Description** At **Kuma Clean**, a company providing nationwide cleaning services, we are seeking an **Operational Recruiter** to join our Human Resources team. The selected candidate will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring **cleaning assistants** for our operations across various cities in northern Mexico, ensuring that each client receives the required personnel on time and as needed. **Key Responsibilities** * Post and manage job openings on employment portals. * Conduct active candidate sourcing across multiple platforms. * Interview and select operational staff (cleaning assistants). * Coordinate hiring processes and submission of personnel files. * Track candidates through to onboarding. * Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors and internal clients. * Support administrative tasks within the department (database management, reporting, indicator tracking). **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree in administrative or Human Resources fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of operational recruitment experience (preferably in cleaning, manufacturing, or similar industries). * **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in using employment portals. * Conducting interviews and telephone screening. * Reporting and monitoring key performance indicators. * **Residence:** Must reside in **Tijuana** or **Hermosillo** (mandatory). * **Availability:** Willingness to handle vacancies across multiple states and communicate with personnel from diverse locations. **We Offer** * Salary: $14,000 per month. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for growth and development. * Excellent working environment. * Job stability. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with availability to address urgent coverage needs).
