DESCRIPTION **GP Construction** is the industry leader in construction, with a solid track record in the design, construction, and development of industrial (EPC), commercial, and infrastructure projects. We are currently seeking a QUALITY RESIDENT ASSISTANT (DOCUMENT CONTROL) to join our team. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with at least one year of experience to ensure excellence across our projects. **Your Mission:** You will play a key role in maintaining and continuously improving our quality standards, ensuring that all processes and deliverables comply with required regulations and technical specifications. Your work will be fundamental to the success and reputation of GP Construction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive management of the Quality Dossier, ensuring its proper preparation, updating, and archiving. * Support in Quality Assurance (QA) activities, verifying compliance with established procedures. * Active participation in On-Site Quality Tests, documenting results and generating corresponding reports. * Supervision and monitoring of concrete and steel laboratories, ensuring the validity and reliability of their testing. * Review and control of project technical documentation (drawings, specifications, reports, etc.), ensuring correct versioning and distribution. * Collaboration in identifying and reporting non-conformities, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Assistance in internal and external quality audits. * Maintenance of quality records and generation of periodic reports. * Effective communication with various departments involved in quality assurance. * Contribution to fostering a quality culture within the organization. **What We Are Looking For:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in quality assurance processes on construction sites. * Solid knowledge of Quality Dossier, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control. * Experience supervising On-Site Quality Tests. * Familiarity with supervision of Concrete and Steel Laboratories. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organizational and document management skills. * Proactivity and ability to work under pressure. * Excellent communication skills. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a leading and continuously growing company. * Participation in challenging, unique, and large-scale projects. * A professional and collaborative work environment.
