We seek passionate individuals with the following profile: **Construction Purchaser** **Position Objective:** Provide direct on-site support to the project team and project leader in activities related to procuring materials, services, and subcontracting—achieving optimal cost, timely delivery, and required quality for the assigned project. **In addition to procurement duties, this role will also provide general on-site support for needs outside the project scope.** **Responsibilities or Activities:** * Supplier selection process: identify, analyze, and research to select the best option. * Obtain, track, and review quotations and proposals for purchasing materials and specialized items for projects. * Prepare comparative price tables. * Place purchase orders on time, ensuring optimal cost while meeting project specifications, and confirming that materials and/or services arrive on site by the required date. * Responsible for addressing non-project-related needs (e.g., direct purchases from suppliers, office document management, etc.). * Review inventory of materials stored in the on-site warehouse. **Required Skills:** * Leadership. * Negotiation skills. * Results-oriented mindset. * Effective communication. * Organization and teamwork. **Requirements:** * Architect or Civil Engineer — mandatory. * Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in a construction company. * Minimum 2 years of experience in project and construction administration. * Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD Viewer, and SAP. * **Valid driver's license.** * Ability to commute to the project location. * Knowledge of: procurement, quotations, budget and quotation reviews, invoicing, requisition control, purchase tracking, purchase order generation, and contracts. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits \+ Savings fund. * Profit-sharing. * Training programs. * Major Medical Expense Insurance and Life Insurance effective upon completion of the first year of service. **Work Location:** Hermosillo, Sonora **Working Hours:** Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM \| Saturday, 8 AM–1 PM Apply through this channel; if your profile matches our requirements, we will contact you.
