




**EXECUTIVE CHEF WITH SEAFOOD SPECIALTY** **Salary:** $16,000 Net monthly + Weekly bonus + Monthly bonus + Tips Statutory benefits **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm **Day off:** Monday or Tuesday **Daily Responsibilities** Food preparation and culinary activities involving seafood Comply with applicable standards in the kitchen area Supervise and manage kitchen staff Plan and oversee food preparation and culinary operations of the restaurant **Weekly Responsibilities** Maintain inventory and place necessary orders for supplies Inspect and verify supplies as well as work areas to ensure functionality and cleanliness. **Bi-weekly Responsibilities** Analyze recipes to assign menu prices, considering ingredients used, dish complexity, and overall production cost **Project-based or Occasional Responsibilities** Develop and update the menu **Requirements:** Experience, practice, and skills in gastronomy from different regions of Mexico. Knowledge in seafood preparation (Essential). Up-to-date with culinary trends and open to trying new ingredients and techniques.
