




EDUCATION: Engineer / technician in Systems, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field. KNOWLEDGE IN: * Reading and interpreting technical manuals. * Use of electrical and electronic measurement equipment. * Corrective and preventive maintenance of computer equipment. * Database management (queries). * Reading operation logs. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Handle and resolve customer service reports. * Document reports in Smart Support. * Provide second-level technical support to external and internal customers. * Assign cases to Service Engineers. * Follow up on reports in Smart Support and close them. * Negotiate and resolve customer conflicts. * Support and/or advise Service Engineers in troubleshooting. * Monitor equipment status and follow-up. * Ensure equipment functionality. * Detect, report, and follow up on incidents in Engineering and Software areas when problem resolution is beyond their expertise. * Perform database backups. * Obtain equipment operation logs, analyze them, and prepare corresponding reports. * Assist in quality and functionality testing of equipment prior to customer release.
