The technical support and assistance service for computing equipment is registered and assigned through corporate management tools. It covers all types of repair and technical assistance services such as: * Laptops, tablets * Branch servers * Personal computers, nettops, and Macs * Branch certifying printers * Check readers * Barcode scanners * Check digitizers * Biometric devices * Videoconferencing and collaboration room support Activities are carried out across the network of branches and ATMs throughout the state (Hermosillo, Son) **Requirements** **Requirements** * Proven customer service experience (minimum 2 years) * Experience as Help Desk or technical support (minimum 2 years) * Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365 Suite * Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems (minimum 2 years) * Advanced knowledge of Edge and Google Chrome web browsers (minimum 2 years) * Intermediate knowledge of TCP-IP networks * Intermediate level telecommunications knowledge (voice and data) **Additional Information** At Inetum, we promote an inclusive and equitable work environment.
