**Position: Network and Collections Supervisor** Initial training: Hermosillo, 1 to 3 weeks Work schedule: Full-time, availability for after-hours support if necessary. ***Position Objective:*** Supervise and monitor operational activities related to claims, network work, projects, and financial validation processes associated with telecommunications services, ensuring timely execution, proper procedures, and accurate documentation. ***Main Responsibilities:*** \* Supervise infrastructure and fieldwork related to installation, maintenance, or repair of networks (fiber optic, copper, poles, etc.). \* Supervise crews or contractors, ensuring productivity, compliance with guidelines, and complete documentation. \* Properly document incidents and work performed using official formats. \* Follow up on pending signatures, data entry into platforms, and case file closures. \* Conduct field visits, visual inspections, and validation of materials used. \* Coordinate with internal departments (operations, engineering, administration) to verify progress and deliver reports. \* Support internal collections processes: review pending items, timely submission of documentation. \* Maintain direct contact with contractors, suppliers, and clients, fostering an environment of trust, commitment, and discipline. \* Propose improvements in processes, forms, and operational reports. ***Required Profile:*** Technical degree or completed/unfinished bachelor's degree in fields such as Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Networking, Electromechanics, or related areas. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field supervision within telecommunications or network construction. Preferred knowledge of materials, procedures, and network structures: fiber optics, poles, underground/aerial cabling. Proficiency in Excel, institutional email, Google Drive, and tracking platforms. Ability to write reports, logs, and manage document control. Proactive attitude, analytical thinking, results-oriented. Strong yet respectful leadership, ability to adapt under pressure and last-minute changes.
