We invite you to join our challenge as: Operator **Position Objective:** Safeguard the integrity of the gas transportation system by monitoring gas flows and pressures within the transportation system, as well as supporting maintenance activities at the compression station (where required), complying with Mexican and international safety and environmental standards. **Responsibilities:** Participate in the execution of projects assigned by your Supervisor. * Execute the annual rotation plan for Dynamic Equipment at Compression Stations. * Participate in the execution of Major Maintenance and Turndowns at the Compression Station. * Conduct routine inspections of Compression Station equipment, promptly reporting findings to your Supervisor and appropriately following up on detected deviations. * Ensure that operational activity reports under your responsibility are issued timely and correctly (where required). * Operate and monitor Compression Station systems according to the operating philosophy, making necessary adjustments to meet daily gas nominations and maintaining processes within established limits. * Properly complete operational forms for the Compression Station as established in the IMS and/or requested by your Supervisor. * Conduct shift handover/takeover, communicating relevant aspects of the Compression Station status. * Monitor the Compression Station process, promptly reporting and recording alarms according to procedures and formats established in the IMS. * Support maintenance activities at the compression station (where required). * Identify abnormal operating conditions requiring activation of emergency response protocols. * Comply with the Procurement Policy for the acquisition of goods and services. * Execute necessary operations to deliver product according to quality parameters specified in the contract. * Support and/or generate required Operation and Maintenance reports, for example: weekly report, monthly report, leak report, etc. * Participate in annual audits of the Integrated Management System. Review and update applicable Operation and Maintenance procedures of the Integrated Management System assigned by your Supervisor. * Perform activities to fulfill regulatory and contractual obligations related to the Compression Station, assigned by your Supervisor. * Participate in regulatory audit programs applicable to the Compression Station, such as but not limited to: NOM 001, NOM 007, NOM 009, NOM 014, STPS, and Environmental. * Administer, secure, and control work tools assigned by your Supervisor. * Participate in Root Cause Analysis of process disturbances related to the Compression Station. * Carry out tasks assigned by your Supervisor related to requirements from different Shared Service areas. * Ensure information related to your responsibilities is stored in the repository assigned to the asset. * Attend training sessions assigned in the Annual Training Program Dimensiones/QHSE. * Comply with the asset's Health and Safety Management System. * Comply with workplace practices, procedures, and systems related to health, safety, environment, and quality that meet company standards and legal regulations. * Know and apply procedures related to your job. * Ensure and review Job Safety Analyses (AST) for activities to be performed at the Compression Station. * Review, authorize, and close work permits for maintenance activities at the Compression Station. * Participate in Management of Change (MOC) assessments applicable to the compression station. * Ensure all personnel and contractors under your responsibility are adequately informed about QHSE hazards, critical activities, and controls. * Participate in Emergency Response drills. * Participate in Root Cause Analysis of incidents occurring at the Compression Station and those assigned to you. * Ensure corrective/preventive actions assigned by your Supervisor and identified at the Compression Station are closed and effective. * Ensure achievement of annual corporate QHSE objectives. Others * Maintain discipline and order within the facility. * In addition to any other duties inherent to the position. **Technical Skills:** AutoCAD 2D and 3D (Desirable). Data Analytics management, projections, and information correlation. Employee safety preventive actions. Environment, Health, and Occupational Safety (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14000, OSHAS 18000). Compliance with government regulations. Basic skills in reading P&ID and DTI diagrams (desirable). Basic knowledge of PLC (desirable). Basic knowledge of instrument air/plant air systems (desirable). Basic knowledge of electricity/ MCC/ substations (desirable). Knowledge of electric generators (desirable). Handles uncertainty. **Experience:** 1 to 2 years in Installation and Operation of Pipelines in the Oil & Gas sector (desirable). 1 to 2 years in Operation of Compression Stations (desirable). Experience with Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001) (desirable). Experience in Regulatory Compliance Audits in the Gas or Petrochemical Industry (desirable). **Education:** High School Diploma / Completed Technical Degree. Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field (desirable).
