We do not seek generic videos; we seek someone with the sensitivity required to capture the essence of diverse projects: from the precision of haute cuisine to the serenity of wellness spaces and the energy of exclusive experiences. **Your Challenge:** You will be responsible for translating our leadership’s vision into compelling pieces that evoke desire and emotional connection—shifting daily between different environments and visual styles. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads optional). * Develop social media strategies (monthly planning, execution, metric analysis). * Community manager duties: community management, follower engagement, message response. * Photography and video: planning, shooting, editing, and post-production of audiovisual content. * Creation of copy aligned with the center’s philosophy. * Periodic performance reporting and improvement proposals. * Support for in-person events and travel for content coverage. **Essential Requirements** * Proven experience in digital marketing (minimum 2 years). * Proficiency in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram Ads). * Knowledge of professional photography and video (camera operation, editing in Premiere, CapCut or similar). * Familiarity with design and editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator preferred). * Creativity and ability to produce original, engaging content. * Excellent spelling and writing skills. * Flexible schedule and willingness to travel. **Skills and Qualities** * Passion for self-care, wellness, and holistic philosophy. * Strategic thinking and results orientation. * Proactivity, initiative, and problem-solving ability. * Discipline and organization to meet deadlines. * Ability to authentically and empathetically connect with audiences. * Teamwork and assertive communication. **We Offer** * A positive work environment focused on wellbeing and personal growth. * Opportunity for professional development in holistic marketing. * Participation in innovative and transformative projects.
