We are seeking a **Controller** with solid experience in the construction industry to lead financial control across our projects. The role will be responsible for overseeing accounting processes, ensuring compliance with tax and accounting regulations, optimizing profitability, and providing key financial analysis for strategic decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** * Oversee general accounting and ensure compliance with tax and accounting standards. * Monitor project budgets and generate financial reports per project. * Analyze actual vs. budgeted costs and produce variance reports. * Supervise cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Establish and improve internal financial and administrative control processes. * Support financial planning for new developments. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Controller, preferably in the construction or real estate sector. * Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgetary control, and construction cost management. * In-depth understanding of Mexican tax regulations. * Experience with ERP or accounting software (e.g., CONTPAQi, Neodata, SAP). * Advanced Excel skills. * Strong analytical ability, leadership, and results-oriented mindset. * Willingness to relocate. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Comprehensive statutory and additional benefits. * Professional work environment focused on excellence. * Growth opportunities within an expanding company.
