Education: Industrial Engineering, Technical Superior University (TSU) in Maintenance or Industrial Mechanics **KNOWLEDGE:** \- Electrical connections: 110 V, 220 V, 440 V three-phase; installation of frequency inverters, contactors, motor starters, and motor protectors. \- Hydraulic systems: repair of hydraulic pistons. \- Pneumatic systems: screw compressors. \- Industrial mechanics: replacement of bearings and rollers, sprocket chains, shafts; radial and axial play inspection. **TOOL AND EQUIPMENT HANDLING** \- Operation of forklifts and basket lifts. \- Use of measuring tools, multimeters, etc. \- Basic welding. **SKILLS:** \- Communication. \- Emotional intelligence. \- Adaptability. \- Problem-solving skills. \- Teamwork.
