We are looking for a Systems Engineering student who wishes to strengthen their knowledge and gain experience in a professional technological environment. Requirements: * Student in the final semesters of a degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field. * Availability to carry out professional internships (with school agreement). * Basic knowledge in infrastructure, databases, or software development. * Interest in learning about monitoring, technical support, and implementation of technological solutions. * Availability for morning or afternoon shifts. Main responsibilities: * Support the Engineering team in monitoring technological controls and services. * Track system incidents or alerts. * Participate in technical documentation and operational control activities. * Collaborate with the team in optimizing internal processes and supporting ongoing projects.
