GEPP, a portfolio development company of leading brands with nationwide presence and over 40,000 employees, invites you to join its large family. **Position:** Production Line Manager **Location:** Hermosillo, Sonora **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree; Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical Engineering or related field preferred. * Experience managing unionized personnel. * Strong results-oriented mindset. * Experience: 5 years in similar positions. * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Basic quality knowledge. * Production line balancing. * Interpretation and execution of production schedules. * Statistical Process Control (SPC). * Inventory management. * Proficiency in ORACLE or SAP. * Knowledge of Applied Statistics. * Basic Kaizen and TPM improvement tools. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of the production schedule. * Manage raw material and finished goods inventories assigned to the area of responsibility to maintain operational continuity. * Manage the personnel roster for the assigned production line, ensuring full staffing and adequate training for daily activities. * Comply with and enforce applicable operating procedures, performance indicator records, quality, safety, BPM, and food safety requirements for the position. * Generate reports on efficiency performance across the three production lines. * Prepare analysis reports for production runs. * Promote and attend meetings with Quality, Maintenance, and Production Line Managers. **We Offer:** * Base salary: $29,000 MXN per month (gross). * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Major medical expense insurance. * Life insurance. * Savings fund.
