We have consolidated our expertise and capability in residential, urban development, and mixed-use projects that exceed our clients’ expectations, generating a positive impact on the market and their industry.** **We are seeking:** ***Estimation Supervisor*** **Objective:** Prepare and support construction estimates based on physical progress and related documentation. **Requirements:** * Architect / Civil Engineer. * Construction supervision experience. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed and technically substantiated construction generators based on physical progress observed on-site, ensuring they accurately reflect the actual progress of executed activities and align with the authorized construction schedule. * Review, analyze, and validate estimates submitted by contractors and subcontractors, cross-checking reported quantities against physical and documentary evidence, and making necessary adjustments to ensure consistency with the project’s actual progress. * Verify that all estimates—whether submitted to the client or received from third parties—comply with current regulations, contractual specifications, and the company’s internal procedures, ensuring their technical, financial, and legal validity. * Maintain an organized, complete, and up-to-date technical\-administrative archive containing generators, drawings, minutes, logs, photographic reports, and any other documents supporting the estimates, ensuring accessibility for reviews, audits, and follow-up.
