Promptly detect and correct failures to avoid unplanned shutdowns. Supervise contractor-performed activities to ensure safe execution and on-site compliance with and documentation under the Integrated Management System (IMS) and SASISOPA. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks for equipment installed at the compression station, in accordance with the maintenance program, to avoid unplanned interruptions in the compression process. * Supervise contractor-performed activities and verify compliance with HSSE requirements and adherence to the Integrated Management System. * Respond to emergencies during scheduled shifts, resolve failures, and implement improvements to prevent process unavailability. * Prepare and submit maintenance reports; close work orders in the PM-SAP system; record safety and environmental indicators; complete time sheets for monthly indicators. * Request spare parts per procedure and warehouse inventory to carry out scheduled and corrective maintenance. * Participate in audits applicable to the natural gas transportation system. **Occupational Profile and Experience:** * Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field. * Proficiency using manual and electrical tools (digital multimeter, thermal imaging camera, clamp ammeter, borescope, digital caliper, etc.). * Ability to interpret process, electrical, and mechanical drawings; self-taught. * Intermediate English proficiency (spoken, written, and technical document comprehension). * Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), control logic, Turbotronic control systems, and ladder diagrams. * Experience maintaining Solar gas turbines, centrifugal gas compressors, electric motors, electric generators, gas analyzers, and ultrasonic flow meters. * Basic knowledge of hydrocarbon industry standards, e.g.: NOM-007-ASEA-2016 (Natural Gas Transportation via Pipelines); NOM-001-SECRE-2010 (Natural Gas Specifications). * Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Skills and Competencies:** * Adaptability to teamwork and high-pressure environments. * Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively. * Capacity to work with minimal supervision. *At ENGIE, we want you to feel free to be who you are.
