




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accountant to coordinate financial and administrative information, ensuring accounting and tax compliance for companies, managing treasury, payroll, and payment controls. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages treasury and payment controls. 2. Supervises payroll and compliance with labor obligations. 3. Participates in financial and budgetary planning. We seek an Accountant to support a group of small and medium-sized enterprises in Hermosillo. Responsibilities: Coordinate the financial and administrative information required to ensure accounting and tax compliance for the group's companies, monitoring the external firm responsible for records and filings, as well as managing treasury, payment controls, payroll, IMSS registrations and cancellations, and banking, tax, and corporate documentation (company registrations), and project closings for all Group companies. \* Record all company transactions in the accounting system. \* Perform monthly bank reconciliations. \* Supervise the proper issuance of invoices and other financial documents. \* Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns (VAT, Income Tax, etc.). \* Prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement). \* Coordinate with external auditors and support audit execution. \* Monitor and control compliance with tax and legal obligations. \* Supervise payroll and ensure compliance with related labor and tax obligations. IMSS registrations and cancellations. \* Participate in financial and budgetary planning. \* Implement internal controls to improve accounting and financial processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related field. Mandatory: Payroll management experience; proficiency with CONTPAQ. Desirable: Specialization in taxation, treasury, or financial administration. Experience in accounting, administrative, or tax departments. Experience coordinating teams or holding similar positions, including interaction with external firms. Knowledge of: \- Treasury, payments, bank reconciliations, cash flow. \- Tax and non-tax payroll. \- Review of financial statements and tax compliance (even if not performing calculations). \- Coordination of processes with external firms. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday (if necessary), 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. Net salary (take-home): $22,000 + statutory benefits. First three months on probation.
