Your main objective will be: to determine, calculate, and document the direct and indirect costs of each activity or work item within a construction project, in order to establish a competitive and profitable selling price that enables the company to win bids. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Quotations and Quantities: Analyze and interpret electrical and civil drawings for each bid. Bidding: Supervise the bidding schedule for agreement contests based on leads and prospects generated by the commercial department, ensuring timely submission of proposals to clients. Supervise and prepare budgets in accordance with the contest terms provided by the client. Develop and ensure proper unit pricing for ongoing bids and projects. Develop and ensure coherent productivity analysis for projects under bid. Supervise and ensure accurate project quantity take-offs according to client specifications. Execute and properly structure the budget in OPUS, following established standards for unit price analysis, productivity rates, and coding. Supervise bidding events such as site visits, clarification meetings, proposal submissions, and award decisions. Supervise the calculation of FASAR and indirect costs. Supervise the completion of the checklist to ensure the legal, technical, and economic quality of the proposal submission. Supervise cost analysis and presentation of direct and indirect project costs with the Bidding Coordinator. Develop and supervise the accurate and consistent calculation of hourly machinery and equipment costs within the budget. Ensure compliance with requirements specified in the bidding terms. Supervise and prepare the project schedule in OPUS. Participate in the feasibility analysis of bids. Participate in preparing evaluation reports for unsuccessful proposals. Conduct daily searches for new bids on CFE's Microsite and Compranet. Download, archive, and organize the corresponding bidding documents into the designated bid folder. Coordinate and conduct follow-up meetings on bids with the Bidding Manager. Supervise and implement process improvements based on lessons learned from previous bids and projects. Monitor awarded projects by providing support during project execution and tracking revenues according to the initial project planning. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering Technical knowledge of primary electrical equipment in high-voltage substations. Interpretation and tracking of electrical drawings. Protection, control, and metering panels. Familiarity with electrical regulations and CFE standards.
