If you live for automation, enjoy optimizing pipelines as much as writing clean code, and want to be the true bridge between development and operations, this role is for you. **What You’ll Do:** *Automation and Infrastructure:* Design and manage infrastructure-as-code using tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible. Implement robust CI/CD pipelines ensuring fast, secure, and reliable end-to-end deployments. *Cloud and Scalability:* Manage and optimize our AWS and Azure infrastructure, ensuring availability, security, and scalability. Administer containers and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes. *Monitoring and Reliability:* Configure comprehensive observability systems — monitoring, logging, and alerting — using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK. You will be responsible for ensuring critical applications remain available and perform at the level required by the product. *Security and Compliance:* Integrate DevSecOps practices across every stage of the software lifecycle. Manage access, credentials, and security policies in cloud and hybrid environments. *Development and Collaboration:* Contribute to frontend and backend feature development when required by the product. Actively participate in code reviews, definition of technical standards, and documentation of architectures and key decisions. *Mentorship and Technical Leadership:* Guide junior and mid-level engineers on DevOps best practices, serving as a technical reference within the engineering team. **What You Bring** ✔ 5+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles in production environments. ✔ Proficiency in IaC tools: Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, or CloudFormation. ✔ Solid production experience with AWS and/or Azure. ✔ Advanced proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes. ✔ Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar). ✔ Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and cloud security management. ✔ Ability to collaborate with development teams on frontend and backend code. ✔ English **Bonus Points If You Have:** ✔ Experience with observability systems: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack. ✔ Knowledge of microservices and distributed architectures. ✔ Experience serving as a technical reference or mentor within engineering teams. **What We Look for Beyond Technical Skills** Someone who takes ownership of projects and doesn’t wait to be told what to optimize.
