Experience and requirements * Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related fields. * Previous experience in customer service or reception (preferably in hotels). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proactive attitude, patience, and problem-solving abilities. * Basic/intermediate English (desirable). * Availability for rotating shifts.
