We are currently seeking a VAN DRIVER Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Class C driver's license. * Basic mechanical knowledge. * Flexible availability. Responsibilities: * Be punctual and maintain proper concentration during duties to provide optimal service to guests. * Keep tools in optimal condition and ensure all necessary equipment for vehicle maintenance is available according to current formats. * Maintain a valid Class B driver's license matching the vehicle plates (federal or state). * Provide guest transportation within a maximum radius of 10 kilometers. * Operate the assigned transport vehicle with full responsibility during work activities. * Report any vehicle abnormalities to your immediate supervisor. * Timely report to your immediate supervisor when maintenance service or parts replacement is due, as well as related procedures (registration, verification, insurance validity, etc.). * Know the insurance coverage and carry a copy of the policy in the vehicle. * Report any traffic incidents involving the vehicle to your immediate supervisor or hotel responsible party. * Verify the guest transportation log with the front desk. * Provide personalized guest service at all times and assist with luggage during arrivals and departures. * Maintain a maximum speed of 80 km/h. * Keep the Check Room clean and orderly. * Safeguard guest luggage and deliver it upon request. * Perform bellhop duties by accompanying guests to their rooms. * Manage logs according to Quality and Service manuals.
