Firm leadership and crisis management in security A reputable company in the **Private Security sector** is seeking an **Operational Supervisor**, responsible for coordinating and supervising security services across multiple locations within the region, ensuring proper staffing operations, compliance with instructions, and prompt incident response. We seek a candidate with **experience managing operational staff, supervising security guards, and direct customer interaction**. **Requirements:** * **Age:** 30 to 50 years (preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 2\-3 years in the **Private Security sector**, or experience managing teams of more than **30 personnel**. * **Documentation:** Valid driver's license (Class: Driver). * **Availability:** Flexible schedule to meet operational needs. * **Skills:** Firm leadership, crisis management, report writing, direct customer interaction, standard vehicle operation, and proficient computer use (email, Excel, Word, etc.) **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervision and roll call across various regional services. * Coordination of roles, shifts, and service coverage. * Verification of proper instruction implementation and uniform usage. * Direct incident response and continuous communication with coordination. * Preparation of reports, attendance tracking, and equipment inventory. * Management of assigned vehicles for supervision purposes. **We Offer:** * **Performance Bonus** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Job stability and growth opportunities.
