Key responsibilities include maintaining order and cleanliness, conducting inventories, ensuring efficient loading/unloading of goods, and guaranteeing operational safety. · **Supervision and Leadership:** Coordinates operational staff in material loading/unloading, assigning daily tasks. · **Inventory Management:** Controls material inflow and outflow, performing periodic physical inventories to prevent stock shortages. · **Order and Cleanliness:** Maintains the yard, loading docks, and warehouse organized and clean, ensuring materials are properly labeled and protected. · **Safety:** Supervises proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and machinery, monitoring compliance with industrial hygiene and safety standards. · **Vendor/Customer Service:** Coordinates goods receipt and supports material loading for delivery. · **Delivery Control:** Manages local and out-of-town deliveries of materials and products to customers. · **Knowledge:** Familiarity with construction materials and hardware items.
