Leadership and personnel management **We are hiring a Warehouse Manager at Radial Llantas!** We are seeking a **Warehouse Manager** to coordinate and supervise warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, proper goods receipt and dispatch, as well as efficient warehouse organization and functionality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily warehouse operations (goods receipt, storage, and dispatch). * Control and maintain physical and system-based inventory records up-to-date. * Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff. * Verify correct goods receipt against purchase orders. * Supervise order preparation and delivery. * Conduct cyclical and comprehensive inventory counts. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse. * Report incidents, shortages, or damage to goods. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position. * Experience in inventory management and warehouse control. * Personnel management experience. * Organizational skills, leadership ability, and strong sense of responsibility. * Basic computer skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for professional development. **Work Location:** Blvd. Solidaridad \#1198, Col.
