You will be responsible for serving mining clients, processing plants, and projects in the **Sonora–Northwest region**, ensuring sustainable sales growth through technical solutions and long-term relationships. **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** * Degree in **Mining and Metallurgical Engineering**, **Chemical Engineering**, **Civil Engineering**, **Industrial Engineering**, or a related field. * Additional training in mining processes, reagents, materials, or technical sales is desirable. **Experience** * **Minimum 3 years** of technical-commercial sales experience within the **mining sector**. * Experience serving **mines, processing plants, metallurgical processes**, and industrial customers. * Account development, on-site technical follow-up, and commercial growth in the region. * Experience coordinating with technical, operations, and logistics departments. **Specific Knowledge** * Knowledge of **mining processes** and operation of **processing plants**. * Desirable experience in: + Reagents or consumables for mining processes + Flotation, grinding, leaching, and/or material handling * Ability to conduct **technical visits**, site assessments, and field recommendations. * Identification of the **customer’s purchasing decision-making core** in mining clients (operations, maintenance, procurement, metallurgy). * Proficiency with **CRM**, Excel, PowerPoint, and commercial tracking tools. **Skills and Competencies** * Technical-commercial profile with strong results orientation. * Ability to develop **trust-based relationships** with technical and operational customers. * Skills in prospecting, negotiation, and closing opportunities. * Effective communication and presentation of technical solutions. * Organization and simultaneous management of multiple accounts and projects. * Autonomy, discipline, and focus on operational safety. **Other** * **Residency or willingness to relocate to Hermosillo, Sonora**. * Willingness to **travel frequently** to mining sites within Sonora and nearby regions. **Additional Information** At Sika, **trust is our most important value**.
