




Flex\-N\-Gate is a continuously growing manufacturing company and a leader in the automotive industry, ranked number 10 among North America’s top 150 suppliers by “Automotive News”. **Position Objective:** Ensure that products and manufacturing processes meet the quality standards required by customer FORD or others, guaranteeing customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and compliance with international standards such as IATF 16949\. **Position Profile:** * Education: Engineering degree / Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the position. * English proficiency level: Advanced Intermediate * Knowledge of dimensional control, GD\&T, measurement systems, Control Plan, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, IATF 16949:2016\. **Main Responsibilities:** * FORD Customer Quality Management: * Address and follow up on customer-specific requirements (CSR). * Manage FORD quality portals (e.g., Q1, FIS, etc.). * Coordinate corrective and preventive actions in response to complaints or deviations. * Ensure delivery of PPAP and APQP deliverables. * Quality Control and Assurance: * Develop and implement control plans and inspection procedures. * Conduct internal and external audits (product, process, system). * Monitor key quality indicators (PPM, scrap, rework). * Analysis and Continuous Improvement: * Perform root cause analysis (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why’s). * Actively participate in continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Six Sigma). * Participate in design and manufacturing reviews to prevent failures. * Interdepartmental Interaction: * Collaborate with engineering, production, logistics, and suppliers. Train personnel on quality standards and statistical tools.
