





**Position: Event Venue Manager** **Profile:** · Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields · Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within companies organizing children's events and/or service companies (banquets, holiday parties, weddings), with strict control over event scheduling (preferably) and a strong focus on service quality. · Proficient in social media management · Knowledge of CANVAS, DROPBOX, and basic graphic design tools · Strong interpersonal and communication skills · Results-oriented · Teamwork · Good spelling and writing skills · Excellent organization and date management · Flexible availability **I. Responsibilities:** · Opening the venue · Provide package/service information to potential clients · Manage social media (Instagram, Facebook) · Schedule and conduct site visits for potential clients · Manage event date reservations via website and follow up on deposit payments · Prepare receipts and contracts, and send them to clients for signing · Track partial payments and final settlements, and send proof of payment to clients · Record client payments in physical files (amount, date, and payment method: transfer, credit card, or cash) · Record events in calendars (DROPBOX and EXCEL) · Follow up with suppliers regarding piñata type, beverages, food, delivery times, etc. · Pay suppliers and event-based staff · Manage promotions, price changes, and new services · Purchase event supplies (online or in person) · Send income and expense records to accountant · Request invoices from accountant · Coordinate and supervise work team (Operations Supervisor, cook, decorator/cleaner) · Schedule employee rest days **Pay structure: $18,000 net monthly salary plus legal benefits and a variable monthly bonus based on the number of confirmed events.** **Work schedule: Monday to Saturday** Type of position: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
