




REQUIREMENTS 1. Bachelor's degree completed in business, administration, public accounting, or related field. 2. Minimum of three years of experience as a pharmaceutical, drug, or medication business administrator. (Essential). 3. Currently residing in Hermosillo, Sonora. 4. Start date to be agreed upon during interview. 5. Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with one hour for meals. OBJECTIVE Plan and execute partnerships and commercial management of pharmaceutical products, ensuring the best distribution channels and efficient work methods for timely supply to customers, as well as promote training and development of personnel under supervision, contributing to company profitability and sustainability. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Ensure supply and storage of medications and medical supplies for timely and complete distribution within the company's pharmacy network and to customers. 2. Plan and supervise purchases of medications, medical supplies, and required materials to support continuous product flow to pharmacies and ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements. 3. Supervise the operation of the General Warehouse to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance. 4. Coordinate warehouse inventory and assist in reconciliation with accounting records. 5. Operate computer systems and generate work procedures designed to facilitate supplies to pharmacies and customers, as well as prevent shrinkage or loss of medications. 6. Attend authority audits, present required information, and follow up throughout the process to achieve the most favorable outcome for the company. 7. Manage supplier payment requests. 8. Generate reports for management decision-making and objective evaluation. Job type: Full-time Salary: $24,800.00 - $25,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
