TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH\&S policies and procedures. **Job Requirements** * Defining goals, developing plans to meet schedules, resolving technical issues, and supervising day\-to\-day operations. * Translating customer requirements into manufacturing strategies and processes, resulting in cost\-effective processing and profitable manufacturing of the products. * Allocating resources to meet the production requirements, achieving maximum capacity, identifying the training needs of the resources, and ensuring that the resources are appropriately trained. * Driving and monitoring the continuous improvement programs and initiatives and ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and specifications. **What your background should look like** * Education: Engineering related. * At least 3 years of experience as Production Supervisor. * Desirable experience in Manufacturing industry. * English desirable but not mandatory * SAP (High desirable) **Competencies** SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers) **Job Locations:** HERMOSILLO SONORA, Sonora 83174 Mexico **Travel Required:** None **Requisition ID:** 143257 **Workplace Type:****External Careers Page:** Manufacturing
