Handle and follow up on purchase orders from corporate clients. Prepare and send competitive quotations according to pricing policies. Manage sales of consumables, peripherals, and computing equipment. Coordinate with the logistics department for timely product delivery. Participate in public and private tenders by compiling documentation and proposals. Negotiate prices and commercial terms with brands, distributors, and wholesalers. Keep sales data and customer follow-up information updated in the internal system. Support demand generation and cross-selling strategies with the projects department. Comply with service, customer care, and commercial confidentiality policies. **Technical Skills:** Intermediate proficiency in Excel and CRM systems. Knowledge of IT product catalogs (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Epson, etc.). Preparation of quotations, comparisons, and margins. Basic tender processes and documentation. Negotiation with distributors and wholesalers. Sales reporting and quota performance analysis.
