Monitor Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People KPIs with LETs and their teams. Lead, train, and motivate operators, managing attendance, training, and job rotation. Ensure each unit meets Trim technical specifications, eliminating defects and rework on the line by defining and implementing ICAs and PCAs. Implement Lean Manufacturing tools to optimize process flow and reduce waste. Respond immediately to line stoppages or technical deviations, applying root cause analysis methodologies with problem-solving tools. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Preferably with prior experience in automotive assembly processes. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving tools. Ability to make quick decisions under pressure and guide operational teams toward common objectives. Ability to deliver clear instructions and provide constructive feedback.
