And we're currently hiring for our NAVARRETE BRANCH: **Floor Instructor or Gym Trainer** Requirements * Available schedule: Afternoon shift (2pm\-10pm) * Excellent customer service attitude * Fitness knowledge * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Floor Instructor, or currently enrolled or graduated in a degree program related to Sports Training, Physical Culture and Sport, Physical Education, Physiotherapy, or related fields. Responsibilities: * Provide service and customer support to users who do not receive personalized training. * Develop workout routines * Monitor proper use of training equipment (machines, dumbbells, bars, etc.) * Maintain organization and order in all designated areas * Monitor the functionality of each piece of equipment * Encourage members to attend our group fitness classes * Complete required reports (number of clients served per hour, facility tours, etc.) * Assist individuals during initial facility tours We Offer: * Base salary \+ performance bonus ($7,000 base salary \+ $1,000 productivity bonus) (total monthly amount) * Statutory benefits * Free access to facilities * Free uniforms Job type: Full-time Salary: $8,400\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Gym membership * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site
