We will train you to begin your career in technical support. **Responsibilities include:** * Responding to service tickets * Traveling to various locations to perform equipment repair and maintenance (averaging 2–3 tickets per day) * Maintaining courteous interaction with banking personnel * Submitting evidence of all activities performed during repairs * Availability to travel to the next ticket service location * Communicating with colleagues to clarify maintenance-related questions * Adhering to service response times and completing repairs satisfactorily * Tracking the entire ticket process **Your Profile:** * Technical, engineering, or bachelor’s degree * Minimum 6 months’ experience in support, repair, or installation of equipment (computers, networks, cabling, or electrical equipment) * Basic experience using diagnostic and measurement tools * Ability to interpret diagrams * Experience disassembling machines, replacing components, and swapping parts * Strong communication skills * Analytical thinking for problem solving * Interest in and availability for field work * Attention to detail and organization **What We Offer:** Salary: MXN $14,000\.00 – $15,000\.00 gross per month, plus statutory benefits, monthly productivity bonus (based on SLA compliance), medical expense insurance after probation period, training, and weekly mobility expense reimbursement.
