**Job Requirements**
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position.
* Language: Intermediate English.
* Willingness to reside in the field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to develop work plans.
* Knowledge of personnel management.
* Basic knowledge of social responsibility audit frameworks.
**Job Responsibilities**
* Identify, develop, and administer operational and base staff retention programs by implementing recreational, cultural, and educational activities.
* Conduct internal audits at field facilities to identify staff needs (dormitories, sanitary modules, dining areas, and common areas).
* Administer and execute the Social Work department budget to implement diverse activities benefiting collaborators.
* Provide timely follow-up on the field suggestion and complaint box.
* Conduct cafeteria user satisfaction surveys and improve menus based on worker feedback.
* Manage housing for staff (staff relocations within dormitories, assignments, maintenance, fumigation, etc.).
* Update and maintain current information on housing capacity and availability for temporary and permanent staff through daily inspections.
* Develop preventive maintenance plans and manage required resources for implementation in housing units, sanitary modules, and common areas.
* Manage furniture and equipment replacement at the workplace facilities.
* Train staff on internal housing regulations and ensure their application and follow-up.
* Receive migrant temporary staff, ensuring adherence to the welcome protocol (training delivery, orientation, mug distribution, housing assignment, cleaning kit provision, etc.).

Salary: $15,000.00 - $15,001.00 per month
