Job Summary: This role aims to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the shipping and delivery of goods, thereby optimizing customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Manages documentation and shipment planning to optimize routes. 2. Performs transportation monitoring and tracking, as well as cost management. 3. Requires logistics experience and proficiency in office tools. **Objective** Ensure that goods shipping and delivery processes are carried out efficiently, accurately, promptly, and with maximum customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Generate merchandise shipping orders. * Ability to prepare and review shipping documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. * Ability to plan and schedule shipments efficiently, optimizing routes and delivery times. * Prepare and deliver documents (physical and electronic) for customer deliveries. * Transportation monitoring and tracking. * Cost management: knowledge of estimating and controlling costs associated with shipping processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Traffic and Customs, or related field (graduated or intern) * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics, shipment management, or supply chain. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Availability to work rotating shifts Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $13,509.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Logistics experience: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
