Risk mitigation and prevention **Objective:** Provide timely and effective medical care in the event of workplace emergencies, illnesses, or accidents, ensuring stabilization of the employee and acting in coordination with emergency services, civil protection, and security; as well as mitigating and preventing risks through regular inspections and training. **Responsibilities:** * Provide first aid and stabilization during medical emergencies. * Coordinate patient transfers with external medical services. * Conduct periodic inspections on operational and administrative floors within the facility. * Train staff in first aid, CPR, and emergency response. * Document incidents and prepare preventive medical reports. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in occupational first aid or industrial clinics. * Knowledge of CPR, AED, transport, and stabilization protocols. * Familiarity with applicable NOM-STPS standards on occupational health. * Technical certification in Medical Emergencies (basic or intermediate level) or equivalent. * Availability for rotating shifts or responding to emergencies outside regular working hours.
