




Position Summary: Dining Facility Coordinator responsible for planning, coordination, and management of dining facilities in agricultural fields, including personnel supervision and resource administration. An agricultural-sector company is seeking a Dining Facility Coordinator with the following requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration and/or related field. **Preference for candidates willing to reside on-site at agricultural fields and available for travel.** Position Objective: Planning, coordination, and management of dining facilities (located in agricultural fields). General Responsibilities: * Develop action plans based on dining facility needs. * Deliver and maintain up-to-date administrative, financial, and operational information for assigned dining facilities located in agricultural fields. * Supervise and develop the kitchen team. * Provide quality service to users. * Enhance the efficient utilization of human, financial, and material resources of assigned dining facilities. * Supervise compliance with operational and administrative policies and procedures in field-based dining facilities. * Coordinate recruitment, selection, and hiring of dining facility personnel. * Supervise menu planning and cost control. * Present results to management and HR leadership.
