Job Summary: Develop innovative products and improve existing formulations, ensuring they meet quality standards and regulations for the dietary supplement market. Key Highlights: 1. Interdisciplinary collaboration for product launches. **Objective.** Develop new innovative products from conceptualization through to launch, as well as improve existing formulations to maintain competitiveness, optimize resources, and meet market needs. Ensure formulations comply with technical, quality, local and international regulatory standards and are viable for production as dietary supplements. **Responsibilities.** * Develop new formulations and improve existing ones in accordance with quality standards, current regulations, and customer requirements. * Create concepts, prototypes, and base formulas, defining ingredients, processes, and technologies to be used. * Adjust formulations to optimize stability, functionality, and cost\-effectiveness. * Conduct and analyze sensory tests (color, taste, texture, aroma) to validate product attributes. * Technically document formulations, preparing and maintaining up\-to\-date technical data sheets, specifications, and versions. * Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Marketing departments for validation, implementation, and launch of developed products. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field. * Preferred experience of 6 months to 1 year in formulation, new product development, or process improvement within the food or dietary supplement industry.
