**Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the installation, commissioning, and configuration of instrumentation systems (pressure, temperature, level, flow) and control systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS). * Coordinate and lead instrument calibration activities, control loop tuning, functional testing, and system start-up. * Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and industrial safety regulations (ISA, IEC, NEC) across all projects. * Lead and coordinate personnel and specialized contractors in instrumentation and control, supervising daily progress and productivity. * Interpret and apply technical documentation such as P\&ID drawings, Loop Diagrams, PLC logic diagrams, and network architectures. * Supervise the configuration, programming, and troubleshooting of control equipment (PLC, HMI, SCADA) and industrial communication networks (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP). * Actively participate in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up phases of automation and control systems. * Prepare and present technical progress reports, test results, non-conformities, and proposals for continuous improvement. * Diagnose and resolve complex field issues by integrating instrumentation operation with control system logic to ensure process stability. **Education:** * Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Control, or related field. * Intermediate English level (desirable). **Experience:** * Minimum of 3 years in installation, maintenance, commissioning, or supervision of **instrumentation and control systems** in industrial or mining projects. * Demonstrable experience supervising personnel and/or contractors. **Technical Knowledge:** * Process instrumentation (sensors, transmitters, control valves, actuators). * **Control Systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI) and their integration.** * Interpretation of P\&ID drawings, control diagrams, loops, and electrical schematics. * Industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.). * Safety standards and regulations for instrumentation and control (ISA, IEC, NEC). * Proficiency with technical software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, PLC/SCADA programming suites). * Pre-commissioning (Precom) and Commissioning (Com) test procedures. **Key Skills:** * Field team leadership and contractor management. * Clear and effective technical communication with various departments (operations, maintenance, engineering). * Ability to solve complex technical problems under pressure. * Planning, organizing, and tracking of activities and resources. * Strict adherence to quality, safety, and procedural standards. **Benefits:** Competitive salary.
