Are you ready to begin? **With us you can.** **About this opportunity:** At WSP, we are seeking a **Junior Project Controls Engineer.** **Responsibilities:** * Project setup. * Development of schedule and cost baseline. * Preparation of project staffing plans. * Control of project deliverables and resources. * Cost (hours – expenses) and schedule control for projects. * Management of trend and variance alerts. * Preparation of project ETC and EAC forecasts. * Management of reporting, creation and monitoring of control KPIs. * Preparation of payment certificates. * Review of subcontractor payment certificates. * Management of change orders and project change logs. * Preparation of time extension justifications and reports. * Closure reports. * Application of WSP's project controls methodology. * Guidance to project teams to achieve objectives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Specialization and/or diploma in Project Control or Project Management. * English (preferably TOEFL certified \+500 points) (B1\-B2\). * Advanced Excel skills. * 2 to 3 years of experience in project controls within engineering and/or consulting firms. * Proficient user knowledge of Microsoft Office products. * Experience using project scheduling software (Primavera P6 and/or MS Project). * Familiarity with any ERP software. \#Mexico \#LI **Primary Location** MX\-SON\-Hermosillo**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Regular**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 3**Job Posting** Sep 11, 2025, 6:05:54 PM
