Job Summary: Maintenance Operator responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on various facilities to ensure optimal hotel operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance of hotel refrigeration, air conditioning, and various equipment. 2. Performing plumbing repairs and controlling booster pumps. 3. Monitoring and supporting the reduction of water, gas, and electricity consumption. *Hotel Ibis Hermosillo* We are seeking a **Hotel Maintenance Operator** ***Responsibilities:*** * Perform and record corrective and preventive maintenance activities for refrigeration, air conditioning, telephones, TV tuning, radios, cold rooms, ovens, fryers, and other equipment. * Perform plumbing repairs at the hotel. * Inspect parking areas and carry out necessary cleaning. * Verify the operation of booster pumps to ensure 24-hour supply of cold and hot water. * Perform all departmental tasks in compliance with Self-Control procedures. * Monitor, control, and support the reduction of water, gas, and electricity consumption. * Fulfill requests from various hotel departments (Rooms, restrooms, kitchen, and offices). * Provide support to other departments as required and perform duties assigned by the hotel. ***We Offer:*** * Bi-weekly salary * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Statutory benefits * Uniforms * Free cafeteria Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,600\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
