A reputable private security company is seeking an Operational Supervisor to coordinate and oversee security services across multiple locations in the area, ensuring proper staffing operations, compliance with directives, and prompt incident response. We are looking for a candidate with experience in managing operational staff, supervising security guards, and interacting directly with customers. Requirements: Age: 30–50 years (preferred). Experience: Minimum 1 year in the private security sector or managing teams of over 30 personnel. Documentation: Valid driver’s license (Class C). Availability: Flexible schedule to meet operational needs. Skills: Strong leadership, crisis management, report writing, direct customer interaction, standard vehicle operation, and proficient computer use (email, Excel, Word, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Supervision and roll call across various site assignments. Coordination of roles, shifts, and service coverage. Verification of directive compliance and proper uniform usage. Direct incident response and continuous communication with coordination teams. Preparation of reports, attendance tracking, and equipment inventory.
