Requirements Minimum Education: Completed high school diploma. Minimum 1 year of experience supervising cleaning staff or in operational areas. Valid DRIVER'S LICENSE. Ability to operate a standard vehicle. Flexible schedule availability. Willingness to travel and work outside the city as required by operations. Basic ability to prepare reports and manage operational controls. Knowledge and Skills Staff management and supervision. Organization and planning of activities. Problem-solving and decision-making. Effective communication. Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred). Competencies Responsible and committed. Main Responsibilities Supervise cleaning staff and assign daily tasks. Verify compliance with cleaning, safety, and quality standards. Conduct walkthroughs and inspections in assigned areas. Follow up on operational incidents, attendance, and staff performance. Train staff on procedures and proper use of materials and equipment. Prepare activity and results reports.
